Most of our shipments travel via UPS and FedEx and require a complete street address for delivery. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.

Paying by Credit Card:
We accept Amex, Discover, MC and Visa as payment for your order. Please carefully complete the information required in those sections so that we can process your order without delay. The billing address section must match the address to which the credit card bill is sent. The shipping address is up to you!
School Purchase Orders:
To complete your order using an authorized Purchase Order, please choose that option in the payment section during checkout. We will need the PO # plus the name and the email address of the person authorized to make this purchase. Your Purchase Order will now process through our website. You no longer need to print and mail or fax to us.
Payment on school purchase orders will be due upon receiving an invoice from us in the mail. When submitting payments, please make checks payable to Flipside Products. Please include a copy of our invoice and send to:

We hope that you are happy with your items and they have arrived in good condition. Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible and note any damage to us quickly. If we have shipped you the wrong items, please let us know and we will make arrangements to get you what you need.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product must be received in resalable condition and a restocking fee may be applied if that is not the case. Items should be packed carefully and customer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned merchandise to the Flipside Products warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio.
